| Dircks Acquires McCollister's Transportation Systems Southwest - Monday, November 02, 2009Dircks Moving Services, in a move designed to service their customer’s growing business requirements, announced today the acquisition of McCollister’s Transportation Systems Southwest, located in Phoenix, Arizona. The combination of Phoenix’s two largest Mayflower agents enables Dircks to increase their moving, storage and logistics capabilities. Dircks, Mayflower’s President’s Quality Award winner for 2009, will integrate the two company’s operations at their current location and retain the McCollister’s facility near Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix. The sale was effective as of November 1, 2009.
The acquisition will allow Dircks to continue to emphasize its leadership position in corporate and residential relocation services. The move allows McCollister’s to strategically refocus its efforts on broadening its national service offerings and is yet another in a progressive series of measures by McCollister’s designed to expand core businesses without sacrificing service capability or quality.

| President's Quality Award Announcement - Thursday, October 08, 2009Dircks Moving Services, Phoenix, Arizona, an agent of Mayflower Transit, has received the seventh annual Mayflower Transit “President’s Quality Award,” which recognizes the top service performer in the carrier’s U.S. family of affiliated moving agencies. To be eligible for this award, the agency must have earned designation as a Customer Choice Award winner based on customer surveys returned during 2008 and 2009. The President’s Quality recipient is selected from this elite group of top service providers and clearly designates the award winner as the “best of the best.”
Richard H. McClure, president of Mayflower and of UniGroup, Inc., Mayflower’s parent company, recently announced the selection of Dircks Moving Services. Mayflower is one of the nation’s leading transportation service companies.

| Dircks is Mayflowers Agent of the Month - Monday, September 14, 2009Dircks Moving Services has been recognized as Mayflower Transit’s Agent of the Month for June 2009. Dircks was selected from among more than 440 Mayflower agencies eligible for the distinction.
Mayflower’s Agent of the Month program recognizes agents that rank best in the areas of customer service, van hauling performance and sales growth. Statistical measures are applied to all agencies that have been affiliated with the van line for at least 12 months, with the final selections based on this data and day-to-day coordination between the agency and Mayflower. Dircks joined Mayflower Transit in May of 2008.
