In 2015, Dircks Moving & Logistics, Phoenix, Arizona, will be celebrating 25 years of partnership with Arizona State University. Over the last 24 years, Dircks has been immersed on ASU’s campus by having crews perform a variety of services including warehousing and storage, workplace solutions and faculty relocations. In recent years, it’s estimated that Dircks’ crews spend more than 200 days a year on campus. And, beginning next year, Dircks will be ASU’s exclusive facility mover which will be no small feat as the university is one of the largest in the nation.
As Arizona State University alumni, Chip and Rick Dircks pride themselves and their business on leading the way to be active and helpful in the community — especially when it comes to their alma mater. Dircks is essentially a staple to the Arizona State community; whether it’s moving the Sun Devil Football Team equipment for the past 24 years for each and every one of their road games, as members of the ASU President’s Club and ASU West Community Leadership Board or currently moving Arizona State’s baseball team from Packard Stadium to their new facility at Phoenix Municipal Stadium — Dircks has become ASU’s moving and logistics answer. And when it’s all said and done, Dircks hasn’t stopped there. Dircks is now partnering with the W.P. Carey Business School at Arizona State to offer a new Logistics degree.
