Throughout the 24 years of Dircks Moving & Logistics’ existence, individuals as well as our company as a whole have received recognitions and awards several times. We take tremendous pride in the work that we provide to our customers and clients on every project and job. We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again – we would be nothing without our fantastic employees, all of whom care greatly about providing the very best customer service possible.
Customers share their satisfaction of our good work in many ways. Hearing their pleasure firsthand on a job site is extremely rewarding, and it’s tough to beat the live interaction between our customers and staff members. With the advent of digital technology, reading a customer’s testimonial and experience on social media sites is also very gratifying. Not only is the customer telling us about the great work that we performed, they are sharing it with a potentially large audience and thus introducing us to potential, new customers.
The gratification that comes at the annual Mayflower convention is extremely humbling. Here, in front of our colleagues (i.e. Quality Quarterly readers), awards are doled out in several categories. Some are based on Mayflower standards, others on the actual surveys of customers. We were honored with the 2014 Customer Choice Award in October and all of us are still glowing at the fact that our customers literally selected us to receive this award. To be recognized at an audience comprised of agents and equals means a great deal to us. We do not take the award lightly and will make every effort to uphold the standards that our customers and you expect of us, on each and every job.
