Dircks Brings Home Five New Awards
Earlier this month UniGroup held its 2016 Annual Convention in Washington, D.C., where Dircks Moving & Logistics was again recognized as a multi-award winning agent.
Customer Choice Award
The Customer Choice Award is given to the top agent in the country for Mayflower Van Lines based on customer’s survey scores. We are most proud of our customer service related awards!
Admiral’s Club Award
Dircks was awarded as the second-largest residential moving booker in the country for Mayflower. This is our highest ranking ever with Mayflower!
Top Hauling Award
The Hauling Award recognizes and ranks the Mayflower agencies that produce the greatest hauling revenue in the household goods business segment. This year, Dircks Moving & Logistics placed fifth out of 250!
Million Dollar Club Award
The Million Dollar Club Award recognizes Mayflower agents who demonstrate excellence in annual booked linehaul revenue. This year, we received the $5 Million Dollar Award.
Performance Excellence Award
The Performance Excellence Award is given to the top agent in a combination of customer service, claims moving performance, and safety reviews. We were honored to win 1st place in the large agent category.
