Dircks Moving Services, an agent of the nationwide household goods carrier Mayflower, received the 2011 Customer Choice Award in the large agent category. This award is given to the agent with the highest customer satisfaction and loyalty scores in the United States. The recognition was conferred during Mayflower’s 2011 Convention, held in Orlando, Florida, with more than 400 Mayflower representatives in attendance.
“To receive the recognition that was bestowed on us by our customers is extremely humbling. All of our employees take tremendous pride in making sure our customers and clients our satisfied with the many services that they expect from us”, said President Chip Dircks.
For the third year in a row, Dircks was honored by the van line for exceptional professional performance. The award is based on scores collected from surveys completed by Dirck’s customers and tabulated by Maritz Market Research. Announcement of the recognition, conferred as part of the van line’s annual awards program, was made by Mayflower CEO Richard H. McClure.
In addition to the Customer Choice Award, Dircks Moving Services also received the following honors: Million Dollar Club Award, $4 million level, which recognizes the top Mayflower revenue producers, and the Performance Excellence Award, which recognizes agents who have a relentless focus on customer needs and expectations.
