I just wanted to extend a HUGE thank you to your driver, Christopher Briscolino.

He recently hauled this order for us and when he got to origin, he contacted us to let us know he was very concerned with how the order was packed. As a result, we were able to connect with the DA to set up a QC person to be on site for the delivery to keep an eye on things and smooth anything over with the customer. The DA’s QC person left me a VM on Saturday, during the delivery to say that Christopher had been great. He assisted the customer with all of her unpacking that she wanted and just really took the time to make sure he was providing a quality move to the customer.

I cannot thank him enough. This is a big account for us and his understanding of that allowed us to react prior to the delivery to provide quality service. Not to mention, all of my interactions with him on the phone were positive and he was extremely helpful in providing appropriate information all throughout this relocation. A huge thank you goes out to Christopher!

I wanted to take the time to tell you that our move from Phoenix to Charles Town went off smoothly and without a single glitch.  The moving crew, led by Michael and Linda MacCurry were both professional and personable.  My only regret is that I didn’t have them come in prior to the move and pack everything, although they were quite agreeable to pack what my husband and I couldn’t manage to finish.  Mike and Linda kept in touch with us along their route to let us know their approximate time of arrival and they pulled the moving van up to our new house ten minutes earlier than they estimated.  The two of them almost (and I mean almost) made moving fun.  After going through this experience to state that they almost made it fun is just short of a miracle because moving across the country is probably one of the most stressful things my husband and I have done.  Thank you Dircks Mayflower for giving us a wonderful mover and for making this difficult task go as smoothly as possible.

My whole move experience with Dircks was awesome. I have nothing but rave reviews for Jason Rauscher and his crew. We have moved 4 times and have used Mayflower in the past but this was the easiest move and a thoroughly professional and efficient crew. Mayflower is good, but Dircks is excellent.

I actually had to call Dircks directly to tell them how much I appreciated the kindness and professionalism of their packers.  I was so thrilled with how simple and efficient my move was, and it is all thanks to the staff who helped me.  I could tell right away that Betty and Flora were experienced and that they would take very good care of our things.  I am so thankful for their expert packing!

Dircks organized my move from Arizona to Pennsylvania in June, 2012. After 8 months, the last box has been unpacked & everything unwrapped!  Mayflower/Dircks was fantastic and positive, so thanks to the mover and crew!!!!!  If I ever need to move again you will be called, so please tell your bosses about this positive feedback.  I’m sorry it took so long but my stuff was in storage until yesterday.  And even after all that time, everything was in top condition!

I just got home from helping get my parents set up in their new home at the Assisted Living Complex.  I would like to tell you what a wonderful job you and your company have done from start to finish.  From the time you contacted me with a quote and information about your company until the time they brought in the last box, I have been very pleased with the service.  You were very understanding and patient with us when we started the process and whatever you said you would do, you followed through.  The man that packed came in and did his job and was very pleasant.  Then there is Dean and his crew.  They were awesome!  They were prompt and very professional at all times and were very patient while my parents told them where they wanted all their items placed.  They would have moved something 5 times if that is what my parents had wanted.  They moved quickly and carefully and the job was done in no time.

Our office supervisor, Mr. Rydzewski, is a slightly difficult customer. He had very stringent time constraints and on the Friday evening before our move, he advised us that he was only available for one hour on Monday (the original scheduled move day), and between 10-2 on Tuesday. We called Dircks and Lacy promptly jumped on the case and was able to reschedule for Tuesday between 10-12. There was slight miscommunication on the ETA to the customer and when we called to check on the crew’s arrival time, once again Lacy jumped quickly on the problem and responded with timely updates. Lacy is always a pleasure to work with, and her attention to detail with our “high maintenance” Intel customers, makes my job easier.

Alicia was excellent and on top of every detail & very responsive.  Betty & Flora were wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone; they were beyond great!  It is unbelievable how well they packed everything.  Mark Balazs was amazing with my kids & even gave them a tour of his truck.  He hired top notch labor who was excellent & hard working.  My Dad was a truck driver for 26 years & Mark has one of the cleanest trucks I’ve ever seen.  Alicia, Betty & Flora, & Mark and the Dircks team did an excellent job.  I simply couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I told my realtor she should be referring all her clients to use Dircks for their moves.  I had a wonderful experience with Dircks and couldn’t have been happier.

My move was just perfect. The movers were super friendly and helpful.  They packed and transported my goods in a quick and safe way, and delivered so quickly.  Over all I could not have been more pleased with the service that your company provided me.  Michael Tull was a great help and assistance and the move went without a hitch. The movers did need to get a smaller truck to deliver to my residence because of low height restrictions on a bridge that was accessing the road to my residence. Per Greg who is the on-site lead, every time Herli Sandoval is on his job, he does a great job.  Also, the crew was great today too.  Herli is very organized and keeps his crew organized as well.

This van operator, Ed McBride runs a very professional crew.  His equipment is well kept and his trailer is very neat; he appears to be a perfectionist.

Logan, who led the unloading; I was impressed with his professional leadership of the unloading crew.

My driver was the best.  He was so detailed with all my belongings!  And during his drive here, we communicated constantly.  He was a blast and I would have him move my belongings again!

Driver Mark was exceptional.  He handled my stuff with care & delivering my stuff in 5 days was a surprise and helpful too.  Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Ron and John were amazing! They were professional, friendly and got our belongings loaded and delivered in an amazing amount of time! I would request these two again for any move.  Above excellent!!  Steve Hook and Juli Hankins made the set up extremely easy and called to make sure everything was delivered and ok. Ron and John our loaders and drivers were outstanding. I felt that my belongings were very safe with them. They were great at what they do in a no nonsense kind of way. However, they were friendly as well. Great team all around.

Jim is organized and professional. He coordinated with us on dates and issues - like need for certain packing boxes and packing the storage unit where we had much of our stuff. Otis is an excellent packer. He is very organized and professional. He managed his helpers and the wrapping and loading very well. Otis is obviously a dedicated and conciencious individual. He discussed the scheduled pickup and loading in Phoenix, including the storage unit. This was a life saver. He coordinated the delivery and unloading in Colorado, which made the move so much more organized for us - without hassle. He is an excellent packer, so we knew our belongings were safe and secure in transit. He also instructs his helpers so that loading and unloading is logical and organized. We only wish he could have remained longer to help us put everything away. His friendly and upbeat manner helped reduce the stress of the move.

Steve and Julie were very wonderful to work with and accommodating as they communicated with me mostly by Internet while I was out of the country.  The packing and unpacking teams were very attentive to detail and a pleasure to work with.  I would be happy to recommend any member of this team.  Thanks to Steve for going the extra mile to email back and forth outside of expected hours and demonstrating amazing patience.  Julie dod a great job communicating and coordinating the process.  ALL the movers were wonderful to work with and did their work in great spirit as a team.  Thank you!

Best loaders and driver I’ve ever had in many moves. The driver and crew were extremely careful not to get the new carpeting dirty. They were patient and courteous. Chris, our driver, was excellent and he had great helpers in AZ and FL. Steve Hook and Juli Hankins at the AZ office were always easy to contact whenever I needed their help.

Just a quick thank you for helping me with the move yesterday.  Steve did a great job – and my move team – “EZ”, Jorge, and Pedro – were terrific. They worked non stop to get everything wrapped, moved, and set up.  Juli called to check and make sure all was going well and we were on track. They were wonderful and patient, and we actually had a great time. The love what they do, and it shows.

James and Deb, the truck drivers, were in regular contact with us advising when we could expect our belongings to be delivered. The loaders and unloaders at both ends did a really nice job.

I REALLY appreciated that the packers actually labelled every box containing a large framed picture with a decription of the picture so that I could know which picture was which opening the boxes. Brilliant and unexpected move!

Jim Tate and Julie were very helpful during our move. They made a difficult task much easier to accomplish. The driver, Chris, is not only an excellent driver, but a very experienced employee.

Michael & Rose were excellent in dealing with an accelerated move. The driver and his team were terrific, very accommodating. The team was equally as good on the inbound end of the move. Really worked closely with us as we put furniture on hardwood floors to make sure foot pads were place on each piece of furniture. in Reno was very nice. The two young guys (they were twins) in Tucson were very good and friendly, they kind of pooped out at the end of the day but they kept going. Bill and Tina deserve special recognition because they really did an outstanding job. In Reno they had to deal with our crazy elevator situation (it was a high-rise condo building) and it took a lot longer than they expected but they handled all of the problems very professionally and with a great sense of humor. They also found out on the day of the packing/loading that we had some furniture and things at my husband’s office across the street from our apartment building but they dealt with that really well. They are super nice people and I felt we were so lucky to have them working with us!!!

My move was very efficient and the people in involved were very professional. I had a very pleasant experience, many laughs and information learned along the way. I would recommend Dircks and Mayflower to any one moving.

I do not recall the names, but I will try and describe them so that they can be identified.  Packing - Flora and one of the other ladies I believe I was told was Flora’s sister. An absolute pleasure to be around, professional, stayed on task while being cheerful, friendly and timely. They were helpful and informative with all questions. Debra and the driver - courteous and efficient, communicated well and very personable. All of the guys who helped load and unload. Hard working, polite, professional, and timely.

We recently used Dircks to move our household from Phoenix to Portland Oregon. Dealing with every member of the moving team was positive, including the estimator, the office staff, the packers, the driver, and the unpackers. Our only “complaint” was that the bill came in substantially below the original estimate, because we chose to pack up many of our items ahead of time. The driver and his two unpacking associates were particularly conscientious. They went out of their way to take care of our items and to protect our house from damage. Their ability to maneuver large pieces of furniture up and down narrow steep stairways was quite impressive. Overall, we found every person we interacted with to be upbeat, competent, and helpful. We would definitely recommend them without reservation.

The 2 workers from Dircks were very professional. My household items and belongings were treated with the upmost gentleness and respect.  The overall experience, consultation and coordination of services provided by Dircks was OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!

For years, Dircks Moving Services has stored all of the equipment necessary for the Fiesta Bowl’s Million Dollar Hole In One event presented by Fox Sports Arizona.  Patrick Cannon, Director of Event Services, provided a quick testimonial about Dircks’ services.   

Mike Tull was the moving consultant. He was so helpful in selling us just the amount of boxes and paper we needed and he demonstrated how to put the picture boxes together and pack
them. We would have been lost without him! Rose Kohl was also amazing. She was available on the phone to guide us through the packing procedure as well. She let us know we could
contact her anytime we encountered a problem during packing or any other part of the move. She was great! Bob Ireland was our driver and mover. He also was so nice and professional.
He and his crew were very efficient and on time. Bob and his crew were friendly and encouraging during the stress of moving. When Bob delivered our things, they were very accomodating
and went above and beyond to get the boxes into the right rooms. I would highly recommend all the above individuals to anyone planning a move from Phoenix. Mayflower was
recommended to me by someone else who had a great moving experience with them. Kudos to all of you.

Esteban was probably the best packer we’ve worked with in some six interstate moves over the past 20 years. He was incredibly fast, careful and friendly to boot. We’re not done unpacking yet, but so far nothing broken, nothing mistreated or poorly packed, and no full wastebaskets or trash wrapped up (as has happened more times than I can count, in the past).  He was very systematic and organized, so I’ve been able to find stuff pretty easily by looking at the box numbers: If this is box 164 and it has the frying pans, then 165 is going to have the pots. So far that’s been the case every time. Tom Lucia (the driver), Esteban (the packer) and Willie (on the Arizona loading crew) were exceptional. Those three guys really set a standard we haven’t seen in any of our previous moves, and that others will have to live up to when we inevitably move again. Also, Juli (at Dircks) was in touch with me regularly to make sure all was going as planned (it was), and Tom Baumgartner (who came out and did the walk-through and estimate) went way above the call of duty in working with us through a variety of changes in our initial plans. Together they made this one of the least stressful moves we’ve made, and each of them put a great face on a great company.

From Mike, to the scheduling, to the quality of the fabulous gents that moved me today the experience was outstanding. One of my friend’s Mom is an interior designer and she commented on how fabulous they were and wanted the number. I can’t thank you enough. I owe you one!!

Dan the driver was organized and thoughtful. He brought coloring books for my kids and was in constant communication while packing, transporting and delivering our belongings. Many thanks to him and his team.

The loading crew and driver were excellent!  Ed McBride (driver) was terrific, explained the process, assured the property was protected and handled our belongings professionally.  The crew was on time, in organized in the off-loading process, and following up to wrap up our move.

Dear Gina,

I wanted to let you know that the move was a success thanks to you! The moving truck did deliver all of our household goods yesterday to our Temecula townhouse and today I’m waiting for a call from the local crating company to come by.  They did make contact yesterday to say that they will be in our area today.

The moving team was excellent!  John and Isabel did a wonderful job packing everything and Christian, our moving truck driver and coordinator was awesome!  The furniture arrived in great shape and so far the boxes we have unpacked our fine too. 

I haven’t been involved in a move like this before but I must say it was executed perfectly! Thank you so much for all you did to make this all happen.  Now do you have someone to magically unpack the boxes and put everything away too? 

Ok back to unpacking and putting the house together for me!

Driver Dan Gutirerez was hands down the best driver I’ve ever come into contact with.  He is very professional, courteous and committed to doing a perfect move.  Don’t loose him he is an asset.

Angelo - Driver, Having moved long distance three times before this move we have never encountered such a wonderful driver.  Angelo was polite, kept us informed, and if I had to move again I would want him to perform the move.  Kim Lange - Coordinator, Kim kept us up to date with what was going on, answered all questions, made all the arrangements and was always polite and timely in returning calls.

Our consultant was very professional, answered all our concerns and was available for   any needs we might have.  His professionalism is why we went with this company.  We can not say enough of the quality of care your movers took with our move. From   wrapping furniture, mirrors, pictures, to packing it on the truck. They did an awesome   job.  The driver discussed with us when we could expect the delivery to our new   home.  He too, was in our opinion, so professional, taking care of our possessions.  Our overall experience was amazing. We have only praise for the service, and care given to us. The truck driver…Israel. He was professional, polite and handled our move as if it were his own. We were so impressed with his care of everything.  His and his helper worked hand and hand,  knowing just what to do and when to do it. Never a waisted movement.  They were always checking with us on how or what we wanted. (Their goal was to make our move a pleasant one.) We were so happy to haves had Mr Israel and his son for our entire move. They were outstanding!!

I was impressed from start to finish with each individual I interacted with from start to finish: Tom Baumgartner, Juli Hankins, the driver, John and his helper who loaded the truck and the driver Elvis and his helper who unloaded.  They all did an excellent job.
