Steve, our salesman, communicated back and forth very responsively. Once we got closer to the move Ginger was great in calling us daily and explaining next steps, checking in and giving us an exact time of when the movers would pick up and drop off. Everything went very smoothly. Michael came out to give the quote and was very helpful with suggestions and information was a big help. Doug, the driver, contacted me well in advance and we coordinated times for loading and delivery. He was flexible in setting the delivery date. Doug initially suggested that he could deliver on Saturday, but I wouldn’t be in town until Saturday night. He easily agreed to deliver on Sunday morning. He arrived on time and was very fast and efficient with his crew in getting the job done. Michelle was very helpful in contacting me and keeping me informed on progress. Everyone, from Doug and Chris, the drivers, to the loaders and unloaders were helpful and efficient. They explained the process clearly to me. Everything went very smoothly. I was very pleased and would recommend the company to anyone needing to move.
