Tina was my Move Coordinator and she made everything easy. I’ve moved A LOT before this and usually had to a lot of calling around on my own to make things happen – even with full-service moves. This time, Tina was the one calling me. She was so organized and reassuring, even when I was stressed out. I was also really impressed by the packers/loaders and the delivery truck driver. All of them were really friendly and professional, and made what could have been a stressful day (moving in can be hectic and a lot) really not an issue at all.
Drivers Donna and Gary gave 100% of themselves. They were terrific and really knew their stuff. They truly took care of my belongings. Very caring about what they do. This wasn’t the first move for me but they were the best yet. Thank you both.
The driver, Frank, was great! He arrived even early. He called the day after he left, just checking in. He called the day before delivery and arrived promptly on delivery morning. He kept me informed all during the 2 days of loading and delivery day. He was personable and I felt like he became a friend. He was in charge but not bossy with the crew. He spoke highly of them. Irvin, Sergio and Marco were great too. They involved me and kept me informed. They were such hard workers. They hustled, even ran! They worked very hard, yet they laughed and had a good time, including me in their comradery. They made the stress of moving much easier.

The move could not have gone any better. It began with Mike coming to our home for an estimate. He had exceptional performance, was professional and so helpful in explaining the process and fees. He is the reason we chose Mayflower. Our mover, Walter, was excellent, such a hard worker, and very careful to make sure all furniture and boxes were handled with care. The movers on both ends were wonderful and professional. From packing to loading and unloading, it was as hassle-free as a move could go! The driver was so kind and professional, and his help was very knowledgeable as well.

I thought the overall move was great. Our move coordinator Michelle was excellent in all aspects, especially with all the changes I had in the move. The driver Francisco and his team from Phoenix were outstanding! They were reliable and VERY competent and courteous. Francisco was also very punctual about arriving at our new house and having his team on hand, ready to work.
Our move went very smoothly. The movers put down pads to protect carpet and wood floors during move out and move in at new location. They carefully packed items onto truck and padded things well. Our driver Frank did a great job coordinating his load and unload crew and kept us informed during our moving process. All people involved in our move were very professional and courteous.

I was impressed with Sergio, the driver, for the move and the crew that packed the truck. They really knew what they were doing and well organized.
The overall experience was great. From the initial calls to line up the move, to the last piece of furniture coming into the house, it was a very good experience. Michelle, our customer service coordinator, did an excellent job of explaining the process and making things happen when we needed them to happen. I was impressed with her communication skills and her ability to follow through with everything. It is not always as easy to get something so complicated done according to plan, but Michelle made it happen. Luis was a great mover. He had a fantastic team with him at both ends of our move. Michelle coordinated things well and kept in regular contact. Both did a fantastic job as we moved across the country. We’ve had less positive moving experiences in the past, this was the best by far.
Our driver was exceptional and we loved working with him. We would recommend him to anyone. He was the perfect person to assist us with our move and he put us at ease and treated us like family. Our kids loved him and all of the loaders that were there that day. We felt very comfortable with all of them. 2 pickup locations with 2 separate households going to 1 location but a sliding closing date on the delivery end … they never missed a beat!!! The packers Ana and Pepe were SO polite, SO organized, SO accommodating!!! They’ve obviously worked together before and were exceptionally professional and careful. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!!!! John, our driver, was an awesome coordinator & the 2 guys that helped him load… OMG I never thought they could possibly get it all in &, yet, they did and it was so well organized!!! Never did I hear a foul word, a disgusted sigh, see them roll their eyes….. Too often, that occurs. NOT with this crew!!! They were WONDERFUL!!!!! 2 houses on the pickup end & 1 smaller house on the delivery end AND then even had to take a bed thru a 2nd floor window. They were SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!! From start to finish, throughout 2 pickup locations an an indeterminate dropoff date & location, the packers, loaders, driver & un-packers were AWESOME!!!!!! I don’t know that I’ve ever dealt with more professional and courteous people before, ever. I was so stressed from the daunting prospect of the move & they were the calm in my storm.

Michelle was my move coordinator and she was great! I had a specific schedule and Michelle was great at helping me coordinate around me. Can’t say enough on how thankful I am about that. She kept up with us every step of the way and everything scheduled perfectly. JUAN and JOSE we’re my packers and they were GREAT very efficient. They very clear in where they finished and what they were going to pack next. They asked if there was special instructions before getting started on a room – did this for every room! Wow! They made sure to get me and go over each room. So thankful for this. Little things made a huge difference like writing a specific label on a box. This made unpacking so much easier. This also allowed me relax and not feel like I had to run around watching hoping that I remembered all the little things. I was relaxed and actually enjoyed the move. Loading was a similar process. They brought in a larger crew. Everyone followed Jose’s lead. Everyone was again communicative, professional and very had working. Finished a day early. The best packing and loading experience I’ve had. Everyone involved was timely and worked hard to stay on schedule. Everyone was also very professional. We have moved 3 times in the last 5 yrs. All the moves were stressful this one was actually enjoyable!
The overall move experience was very professional, efficient, and timely, both in the execution by the driver and the move coordinator. Sergio (driver, packer, delivery) was very professional, timely and efficient in his various tasks, and was able to address all of our questions during the move. Michelle (move coordinator) was able to answer all our logistical questions extremely rapidly and clearly and was able to guide the entire complex process very efficiently.

Mayflower met the time schedule for the move to the day. Also, they adjusted the contract twice based on changes in our load, lowering the total to meet our reduced needs. They held to the contracted total cost to us in advance of the move and we knew the penny how much to pay on delivery of our goods. Most decidedly, our driver Clarence should be commended for a totally professional job of directing the loaders, protecting the furniture and packing it all securely in the van, and on delivery personally overseeing or performing himself the reassembly of all disassembled items of furniture. He was in contact with us starting the night before packing, during each of the three days of the journey, and all during the unloading of our furniture. A total professional and caring man.

The price was very competitive, my Mayflower contact was very helpful and nice, my movers were very efficient and nice, and all my furniture and stuff were well packed. The delivery was within the window and all the items were there and in perfect shape.

This was our 5th move in the 10 years and was by far the best experience in every aspect. Marcy was excellent. She reached out repeatedly throughout the process to see if there was anything we needed and to provide updates. The driver was great. He really knew how to pack so things wouldn’t get damaged. He didn’t insist that I needed to buy more boxes or supplies, like my few last movers. He got everything worked out so my bill didn’t go up. I would use Mayflower again! In fact, I was recommended this company from a friend that had a great experience too.
Overall, moving is not a fun thing. With the services provided by Mayflower, it made it much more pleasant and I was able to enjoy my new home faster.
Our point to point move went perfectly. Our household goods were picked up on Jan 5th and delivered on Jan 15th as promised. Louis and Raquel even came by on the 14th to make sure there would be no problems with the delivery. Overall Mayflower gets a 10.

The crew did an excellent job. Everything was packed with care and nothing was damaged. The driver was outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and my belongings were taken care of. The move was very smooth and everyone I dealt with was very friendly, polite and responsive.

It would be impossible for any crew to do better. Everyone involved in our move from Arizona to New York from our salesperson Stephen, to our move coordinator Marcy, to the van driver Logan & his wife Lillian, did much more than I ever could have expected. They were friendly, polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. Logan his wife Lillian & the local moving men they used in AZ & NY were the best. Not one item got lost or broken. When a piece of furniture would not fit in the room we wanted it in, Logan & his wife did everything possible to get it in place. I really cannot say enough about how great they were. I also still cannot believe that two packers in Arizona packed our 2400 sq. ft. house in less than one & a half days, and boy did they pack everything super good. Everything was above expectation! Great company! They were great! We have had such a horror story with another company and this was a breath of fresh air! As I mentioned before we used another moving company previously and it was a nightmare from pick up to drop off, so to have a company who knows what they are doing and hires people who are so accommodating and respectful of your items is refreshing. From beginning to end this move was handled with professionalism. They kept us in the loop with everything and always answered any questions that we had in less than 24 hours. Great communication between coordinator, driver, and myself. Duane, the driver, and Michelle, the move coordinator, both made the process extremely easy and stress-free for me. Dates and times were communicated well in advance. Duane was very respectful and knowledgeable when I asked questions and in normal conversation. Good attitude. Everything went smoothly. Carol and Rob should give lessons on packing. They left both homes clean and neat and every object was intact and were so great to work with. They packed up our home in one day and delivered on time. Every box arrived and every object was intact. Not one single item was broken, and Carol even helped me unpack my last box as I was dealing with another issue. Carol and Rob should both be commended for their exceptional work. They were efficient and respectful of both of our homes and of our time. We are very pleased with their service.

We have never had someone move us or pack for us, this was a first. But what you two did was over and above to help us feel at ease and confident that our items would be treated with respect and carefully packaged. You both worked so hard each day and I was unaware at times the extreme efforts you took to make sure things were packed away so carefully. I found that out as I unpacked all the items, gosh you did a meticulous job with the smallest of details.
You also found some items I had packed and realized they were less than secure and safe so you asked to repack them since there was the risk of getting broke along the way. I appreciated this so much, everything arrived safe and sound.
You also unpacked the truck and made sure all items were in their rightful places before leaving.
I want to add too that you also swept up the floor prior to leaving our house in St. Louis and when I returned home that day to clean it I was pleasantly surprised that my job was already started and partly done.
Most of all your professionalism and your kindness, the way you talked about your wonderful family and the simple things you did to help me out. I felt an instant trust and connection with you both. All involved did great. The delivery crew had to take the stairs to the third floor of my apartment complex on a very hot day with no complaint and with good cheer. All were excellent, but the delivery guys had the toughest job and did great.

What you two did was over and above to help us feel at ease and confident that our items would be treated with respect and carefully packaged. You both worked so hard each day and I was unaware at times of the extreme efforts you took to make sure things were packed away so carefully. I found that out as I unpacked all the items. Gosh, you did a meticulous job with the smallest of details.
You also found some items I had packed and realized they were less than secure and safe, so you asked to repack them since there was the risk of them getting broke along the way. I appreciated this so much. Everything arrived safe and sound.
You also unpacked the truck and made sure all items were in their rightful place before leaving.
I want to add, too, that you also swept up the floor prior to leaving our house and when I returned home that day to clean, I was pleasantly surprised that my job was already started and partly done.
Most of all, your professionalism and your kindness, the way you talked about your wonderful family and the simple things you did to help me out. I felt an instant trust and connection with you both. Michelle did an outstanding job in estimating our total weight and cost, and was 100% professional. Our coordinator Sina answered about one million questions that we had leading up to moving day. Both make a great team and are an asset to Dircks Moving. The driver and crew actually beat us to our new house. We did not have to worry when our belongings were going to arrive at our new house.
Your staff was most helpful and very professional in all aspects of the move, beginning with Debbie’s estimate and delivering boxes, packing paper, and tape. Marcy, the move coordinator, kept all the ducks in a line and was easily reachable. The timing was so important, as we flew out the next morning. We couldn’t afford any delays and there weren’t any. The packers were great. Nothing was broken or damaged. Another superb job. Henry and his three man crew were great to be around…courteous, friendly, and very good at their jobs. We selected Dircks Mayflower based largely on the reviews they received over the past two years and the fact that they were family-owned. There were a lot of moving parts to the move, as it entailed both our house and my mom’s apartment. Dircks coordinated everything to perfection. They provided materials for some of the items we packed ourselves and got us packed and loaded right on schedule. It was a cross-country move of 2,700 miles. Henry, the driver, arrived right on schedule and did a superb job of maneuvering the truck in tight quarters. During delivery there was minor damage to the stairwell walls while bringing up a grand piano, but Dircks sent an adjuster to assess the damage and made a hassle-free reimbursement, which we considered very fair. We did not consult any other moving companies for a competitive bid. Based on the reviews, we couldn’t find one worthy. Dircks did not disappoint. In addition to Debbie and Marcy, I thought Donna did a professional job in handling our claim. Everything went extremely well.

Our driver Dana and crew Colt and Marsh handled our belongings. Dana was always more than willing to explain the process. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable and organized. It is very obvious he knows what he is doing and does his job well. Colt walked right up to me first thing shook my hand and introduced himself. He was an extremely hard worker, continually moving and never stopped. It was clear he knew what he was doing and has been doing this for a long time. Very friendly. Marsh was clearly a seasoned veteran. He knew all the tips and tricks to unloading the truck and keeping my possessions safe. He was also very personable and I enjoyed spending the time it took to unload with all three of these guys.
You need to hire an entire fleet of these three guys. Dana created an atmosphere where everyone worked their rears off while making it a fun experience. All three were great guys.
Our driver Henry was an absolute gentleman and did an awesome job in loading and unloading all of our precious cargo. He was on time, he was very friendly and he gave his utmost attention to our furniture and many boxes. We highly recommend him and wish him the very best in years to come.

We were extremely pleased with this move. The crew were very pleasant gentlemen. The packers worked very quickly to get everything boxed up ahead of time. Our move coordinator was very professional and accessible for questions. Our driver Dan and his crew worked hard and efficiently. This was a hard delivery, as there were 3 floors plus a basement. Great crew— personable, professional, and very careful, even at the end when they were tired. Dan kept us informed as he got closer to the delivery and arrived as he predicted.

Sean with Dircks in Phoenix was awesome! Not only was he there every step of the way, he went out of his way to coordinate a 3rd party to hoist large items over a balcony that wouldn’t fit up the stairs. He also coordinated a different 3rd party to come and remove all the packing debris. Sean was a total class act and ultimate professional. Total professional! Jimmy the driver was great. The crew were able to unpack the truck and place items where I wanted to in under 4 hours.

She explained everything ‘just in time’ because she understood that we had a million and one things going on, and there was no way I would remember details unless they were pertinent in the short term. She did an excellent job with the scheduling and she consistently followed up to check on the move status, make sure we had what we needed, and to explain what would happen next. I went into panic mode because we weren’t sure the new home would be ready and Alicia immediately reassured me and explained she would manage that problem if it even happened. Alicia definitely deserves a shout out. With her knowledge, skills, and customer service, this process was as stress free as possible. She was amazing! In addition, our driver Christian was great! He was always on time, explained everything very well, was detailed, and has a great personality. We appreciate the service provided by Alicia and Christian. Matt was the person who came to my house and quoted the move. He was thorough and professional and got me the quote on the same day. Sean coordinated the move and kept me updated on loading and unloading. There were no glitches. David headed up the crew who unloaded in Chicago. Mike Tull was my estimator. He was “spot on” with the estimate. He was thorough, listened to my concerns, and was very professional when explaining all the areas Mayflower could assist me in my relocation. I could not have asked for better. As for my coordinator, I have never come across more than one other person in my lifetime, who was so willing to go way beyond the required expectations to assist me in such an emotional time. Sina was with me, step by step! Without her support and reinforcement, I could not have been as successful. Both she and Mike are two people you should always have on your staff!
Anthony packed my boxes. He was as careful with my possessions as I’m sure he would have been with his own. I am happy to report he was willing to go the extra mile to make sure my “high value” items were well wrapped and packed. Any questions or concerns I had, he answered flawlessly.
The driver explained everything regarding the inventory. A nice improvement from past moves. He was interested in loading my belongings so no damage would occur. His co-worker was also very protective in organizing and loading as the driver instructed. Before leaving my home after loading, I was escorted throughout my home making sure everything that should go was going! Job very well done!
Overall, Mike worked with me via telephone and computer during some trying times for me. Sina is an angel for sure. It would take me an hour to write all the kudos for her. She understood the difficulty of my move for me and assisted me in so many ways…I doubt I could have succeeded without her. She is definitely a star employee! Bob, our driver and coordinator of the actual move, was great job, absolutely great!!! He was fantastic in keeping things going and organized. He also helped pack up items the day before! There were some things I was uneasy or uncertain on how to pack, and he just got it done for me. He was fabulous!! He even came back the next day as I forgot a few items that I was almost in tears about. So caring! I also appreciated how he would tell the crew to take a break now and then too, which is important in caring about your crew!! Bob is very considerate and I really enjoyed working with him. He is friendly and chats, but he keeps a steady pace and on track. Highly recommend him to anyone!!!

The truck driver, Logan, and his wife, Lillian, were amazing! They called us and kept us informed about their arrival times throughout the process. Logan was wonderful, going above and beyond to make sure that everything was packed carefully. He personally inspected the protection that the loading crew had put down and was consistently very proactive about protecting our belongings and our house. He spent extra time on move-in day to make sure every piece of furniture was exactly where we wanted it. He even helped to tighten the bolts in our chairs and other furniture to make sure it was ready for use. I can’t say enough about Logan and Lillian – they were always conscientious and kind! Perfect!

This is a GREAT company!! I had to relocate for business from Phoenix to Boston and it was a huge change for our family. It is just about as far away from Arizona as you can go within the U.S. That being said, Misty was AWESOME when she called for the phone survey to decide how much space we would need on the truck. Because I was already working in Massachusetts and the time is three hours off, it was difficult for us to connect. She gave me her personal cell phone number and told me that she would take my call after I got off work (which is three hours after she got off work). That small act showed me dedication and professionalism.
I was not present for the packing and loading of the truck but my wife said they did a fantastic job. She couldn’t have been happier. We have moved on our own several times before but after this experience it was proven that money spent on a mover is well worth it! The headache and hassle of packing and moving can really take a toll on a family that relocates often.
Here we are now, a week or so since our belongings have arrived and not a single item was damaged, scratched, or lost. We love Dircks Moving and Logistics and we recommend them for all moving needs!

We have moved with professional 8 times over the last 20 years. This last move we were asked to make arrangements ourselves , which was a first. I only called 2 big name companies Allied & United. After reading the reviews on their local companies, which were NOT impressive, we decided to look up reviews for local packing companies & stumbled upon Dircks who works with Mayflower.
I was impressed right away with our estimator Jacob. He was timely, professional, caring and personable. I hit lotto though with our packers. They are a senior team at Dirks, Flora & Betty. They were awesome right away. These ladies are hands down by far the BEST packers I have EVER had…Dirk’s needs to pay these ladies way more, loved,loved,loved them. I have been a service oriented manager for a company that demands great service, these ladies were fantastic! I told them we had lost a set of car keys years ago & a garage door opener & they found both items. I left them alone in my home & went to buy them lunch. I have NEVER done that ever. They found money & gave it to me. They were awesome. Nothing I have unpacked has been broken yet, another first. They threw trash away, most movers dump it in a box. They packed with thought & care, which sadly does not happen enough. I can not say enough about them …Flora & Betty are the best = ) !!!!!

We had one glitch with the appliance disconnect company Dirks contracyed to disconnect our fridge & washing machine. We ended up having to leave our washing machine, but this was not Dirck’s fault. I suggest disconnecting things earlier than day before so if there is an issue you can be sure to take it with you. Hoestly it all worked out my new washer & dryer are life changing. LOL.

I just wanted to say thanks for picking up the Honeywell engine. We now have it in our ASU lab and are making plans to use it, teaching jet engines this coming fall semester. We could not have done it without Dirck’s Moving and Logistics providing the pickup and delivery. The engine was a little bigger than I had planned, it weighed about 1200 lbs. and was on a 10 foot frame. Fortunately your driver Don Led was able to work it out and make it fit into the truck. then transfer everything to the interstate moving truck. I’m sure that’s

Thank you for your assistance on our move to Arizona as well as the moves of items to Illinois and Chicago. All four deliveries went flawlessly. Your coordination and the work of the movers (Jim and Debra May) was professionally done. Everyone who helped was courteous and helpful. My Husband and I had previously had a very negative experience with another moving company. You and your team made it look easy! So, I was moving back to Michigan and needed a professional moving company to get my stuff across the country. I got a total of four quotes, and decided on these guys. I had Jacob come out to my apartment to look at my stuff and do a walk through with what I was going to take and how much it would cost.
Jacob was awesome! Aside from giving me a reasonable quote, he was totally professional and had a really warm friendly demeanor. The whole thing took about an hour, and he gave me a few options of how I wanted it shipped. I decided on the crate containers, which came with $10,000 insurance on each one that I used. I only needed two, and that worked out perfectly! He was right on. He emailed me a quote and after I was ready, I scheduled my move with him.
The guys got to my apartment about a half an hour after they told me they would, and they were so awesome! They had all the tools they needed, like ramps, professional wraps for my furniture and took great care when loading my stuff into the truck. It was about three hours to load, do paperwork, and have them clean up their supplies when they were done. Overall a very positive stress free experience.
The office also called while we were loading to make sure everything was going as planned and to see if things were okay. I was also able to schedule my delivery when it got into town, and again, they were there within half an hour of their expected scheduled time. Three guys showed up and unloaded my stuff in no time. Half of it wen inside and the other half is in my moms garage. Guys were efficient, friendly overall really professional and quick.
I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat if you want a reliable moving company that is trustworthy and professional. Prices are competitive, and it was an overall great experience. I would use them again in the future.

We were really impressed with Jim Tate! What a difference between him and the representatives from the two other companies that we contacted!!! We felt so much more comfortable dealing with him and quickly decided that we really wanted him and Mayflower taking care of our stuff. And his assistant, Juli, was very helpful to us, too, right up to the very end when we had a little trouble with the third party people putting the mirrors and arch together at the end. She knew how to get them do what they were supposed to do when they were supposed to do it!

It wasn’t a “packing crew” that packed the few things that needed to be packed at the very end when they loaded—it was the movers themselves that helped us then (Ed McBride, his son, Alex and James, his helper. When we were worried about how to finish up with a few extra items they just had us set them to one side and ended up packing them in a separate box for us. Ed even repaired my wife’s cedar chest when I inadvertently pulled a little piece of it apart. When they delivered it you couldn’t even tell I had damaged it!)

Windows just “updated” my computer and lost what I had already written here, but I’ll try to do them over. Ed McBride and his son, Alex, were the ones who delivered our stuff. They were fantastic. My wife and I arrived here four days before they did. When I saw the setup here, and how far they were going to have to carry everything from their van to our apartment I was so upset that I actually lost sleep over it, wondering how they’d ever manage it. When they arrived they put my mind at ease and told me not to worry—but it really was an awful job for them. They worked like beavers from 10 a.m. until after 8:30 p.m. but continued to handle everything with great care, right to the very end. I don’t know how they could continue the way they did! They really were amazing!!!!! We were so fortunate to have them instead of someone else!!!!! And the little old lady in the next apartment was so concerned for them that she brought over crackers, a bar of cheddar cheese and Cokes for all of us at about 8 p.m.!

I just wanted to extend a HUGE thank you to your driver, Christopher Briscolino.
He recently hauled this order for us and when he got to origin, he contacted us to let us know he was very concerned with how the order was packed. As a result, we were able to connect with the DA to set up a QC person to be on site for the delivery to keep an eye on things and smooth anything over with the customer. The DA’s QC person left me a VM on Saturday, during the delivery to say that Christopher had been great. He assisted the customer with all of her unpacking that she wanted and just really took the time to make sure he was providing a quality move to the customer.
I cannot thank him enough. This is a big account for us and his understanding of that allowed us to react prior to the delivery to provide quality service. Not to mention, all of my interactions with him on the phone were positive and he was extremely helpful in providing appropriate information all throughout this relocation. A huge thank you goes out to Christopher!
I wanted to take the time to tell you that our move from Phoenix to Charles Town went off smoothly and without a single glitch. The moving crew, led by Michael and Linda MacCurry were both professional and personable. My only regret is that I didn’t have them come in prior to the move and pack everything, although they were quite agreeable to pack what my husband and I couldn’t manage to finish. Mike and Linda kept in touch with us along their route to let us know their approximate time of arrival and they pulled the moving van up to our new house ten minutes earlier than they estimated. The two of them almost (and I mean almost) made moving fun. After going through this experience to state that they almost made it fun is just short of a miracle because moving across the country is probably one of the most stressful things my husband and I have done. Thank you Dircks Mayflower for giving us a wonderful mover and for making this difficult task go as smoothly as possible.

We have moved 4 times and have used Mayflower in the past but this was the easiest move and a thoroughly professional and efficient crew. Mayflower is good, but Dircks is excellent.

The crew was extremely professional, respectful and did a great job packing our goods. They are all hard workers and very friendly. Dircks organized my move from Arizona to Pennsylvania in June, 2012. After 8 months, the last box has been unpacked & everything unwrapped! Mayflower/Dircks was fantastic and positive, so thanks to the mover and crew!!!!! If I ever need to move again you will be called, so please tell your bosses about this positive feedback. I just got home from helping get my parents set up in their new home at the Assisted Living Complex. I would like to tell you what a wonderful job you and your company have done from start to finish. From the time you contacted me with a quote and information about your company until the time they brought in the last box, I have been very pleased with the service. You were very understanding and patient with us when we started the process and whatever you said you would do, you followed through. The man that packed came in and did his job and was very pleasant. Then there is Dean and his crew. They were awesome! They were prompt and very professional at all times and were very patient while my parents told them where they wanted all their items placed. They would have moved something 5 times if that is what my parents had wanted. They moved quickly and carefully and the job was done in no time.

Our office supervisor, Mr. Rydzewski, is a slightly difficult customer. He had very stringent time constraints and on the Friday evening before our move, he advised us that he was only available for one hour on Monday (the original scheduled move day), and between 10-2 on Tuesday. We called Dircks and Lacy promptly jumped on the case and was able to reschedule for Tuesday between 10-12. There was slight miscommunication on the ETA to the customer and when we called to check on the crew’s arrival time, once again Lacy jumped quickly on the problem and responded with timely updates. Lacy is always a pleasure to work with, and her attention to detail with our “high maintenance” Intel customers, makes my job easier.
Alicia was excellent and on top of every detail & very responsive. Betty & Flora were wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone; they were beyond great! It is unbelievable how well they packed everything. Mark Balazs was amazing with my kids & even gave them a tour of his truck. He hired top notch labor who was excellent & hard working. My Dad was a truck driver for 26 years & Mark has one of the cleanest trucks I’ve ever seen. Alicia, Betty & Flora, & Mark and the Dircks team did an excellent job. I simply couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Jim is organized and professional. He coordinated with us on dates and issues - like need for certain packing boxes and packing the storage unit where we had much of our stuff. Otis is an excellent packer. He is very organized and professional. He managed his helpers and the wrapping and loading very well. Otis is obviously a dedicated and conciencious individual. He discussed the scheduled pickup and loading in Phoenix, including the storage unit. This was a life saver. He coordinated the delivery and unloading in Colorado, which made the move so much more organized for us - without hassle. He is an excellent packer, so we knew our belongings were safe and secure in transit. He also instructs his helpers so that loading and unloading is logical and organized. We only wish he could have remained longer to help us put everything away. His friendly and upbeat manner helped reduce the stress of the move.
My mom moved from Phoenix, Arizona to Hastings, Minnesota. Arranging, preparing and finally packing, was a daunting task for my 74 year-old mom. Juli and the folks at Dircks were fabulous at reducing the stress. Juli stayed in contact with me the whole time and responded promptly to my numerous emails. Best loaders and driver I’ve ever had in many moves. The driver and crew were extremely careful not to get the new carpeting dirty. They were patient and courteous. Chris, our driver, was excellent and he had great helpers in AZ and FL. Steve Hook and Juli Hankins at the AZ office were always easy to contact whenever I needed their help.

I REALLY appreciated that the packers actually labelled every box containing a large framed picture with a decription of the picture so that I could know which picture was which opening the boxes. Brilliant and unexpected move!
Michael & Rose were excellent in dealing with an accelerated move. The driver and his team were terrific, very accommodating. The team was equally as good on the inbound end of the move. Really worked closely with us as we put furniture on hardwood floors to make sure foot pads were place on each piece of furniture. Michael Tull in sales, Rose Kohl in customer service, and Jamil our driver were outstanding.
Jim Tate and Julie were very helpful during our move. They made a difficult task much easier to accomplish. The driver, Chris, is not only an excellent driver, but a very experienced employee.
Kim with Dirck’s Moving in Phoenix was exceptionally professional. Follow up calls to make sure everything that was promised had been delivered upon, giving me her personal cell number in case I had any issues, and very quick responses anytime I made an inquiry were some of her most positive assets!
