The communication from your company was exceptional. I have never spoken with a driver before a move, that was so helpful, as was the logistics contact. Jesus, my driver, was THE BEST!!! He said, “I am here to make this move easier for you,” and he did! He managed two very different crews with respect and integrity. I can’t say enough great things about him. Julian at the Tucson warehouse was very helpful with boxes that saved me money. Michelle, the logistics role, was always on top of everything and communicated on a regular basis. It all began with Scott, who did my estimate. His professionalism was amazing; working with him on the virtual inventory was easy and fun! Angie, our move coordinator, responded immediately, kept us informed, and answered any questions. Corey was our driver and also kept us informed and was prompt on pick up and delivery.

Everyone was very helpful in making sure that our move was as smooth as possible. Tina was really helpful in keeping me updated throughout the moving process and ensured I knew when the movers would arrive both at my home or origin and new location. Daniel was likewise very good at communicating with me about his estimated arrival times and informing me of potential delays due to weather.

Marcy was excellent at arranging all aspects of our move. She was so helpful and responded faster than expected with any questions I submitted. It was great that she set up third party services. It made the move much less stressful. She was extremely pleasant and made the entire process a positive experience. Tony, the driver, was great as well. He was timely and respectful of our belongings.

The driver, Sean, was awesome in communication and answering questions and explaining things. The movers were very punctual and professional. They did a phenomenal job and were very patient and friendly with us, including my very curious little boys that seemed to ask them 100+ questions. The price was also the best out of several quotes.

The estimator Stephen was on time, professional, and offered us options. My move coordinator Angie was in touch on a regular basis. Even MSS, the third party vendor, worked very well. Stephen, Angie, the packers and movers Joe and Christopher and the two movers in CA should be recognized for how they handled our move.

From beginning to end the people from Dircks Mayflower were the very best. Mike, the estimator; Mike, the man who came to pack the wall hangings; the driver, Sean, and his helpers, David and Alberto, were great. Then at our destination Sean and his team, Adam, Jordan and Donte, did another great job. Mike, who packed our wall hangings did a great job and let us know we had to get busy to meet the deadline of the beginning of our move. We did and were ready for the crew the next day. The driver Sue and her crew were great. They took care of everything and handled my stuff as if it were theirs. Sue was a huge help and very knowledgeable. She was very caring for my goods and was on time at both pickup and delivery. Best mover I have ever worked with, which covers 20 years in the military. The packing crew in Texas were amazing, efficient and took pride in their work. John from the delivery crew made everything a lot smoother on delivery working well with Sue.

From our initial contact with Steve of Dircks Moving, it was a very positive experience. Angie, also of Dircks, was extremely helpful throughout the process from start to finish. The moving van team, led by Robert, was extremely capable, competent, and friendly. He made the process smooth and comfortable for us. Patrick, who along with Robert, unloaded our belongings at our destination with care, and was professional and cheerful.

The moving coordinator was very helpful and checked in. The driver and his packers worked independently with efficiency. The driver was also easy to work with, had good communication, and was accommodating as needed.

The driver Sean was courteous and friendly throughout the move. Besides driving, Sean helped pack, load, and unload. He managed his packing, loading, and unloading crews very efficiently. Reggie, the "tea cup specialist" packer was super. Not a chip on any of our many delicate china pieces. The unloaders Octavio and Gino did a great job, placing our furniture and many boxes just where we asked.

Movers were efficient. Coordinators walked through every step. And the prelim quote was virtual, easy and right on. Our driver Bruce was top-notch. On time or early at every encounter. Called to check if delivery date would work. Took time to understand the items that were going or staying. Worked well with local teams. I’m planning on staying put for a while, otherwise I’d use Mayflower anytime.

We have never moved a whole household of “stuff” across the country before and we had heard a few horror stories from friends who had. So while the moving process in and of itself was not much fun, the Mayflower team made our move very easy and smooth. Sean was our driver and we think he should be recognized for exceptional performance. He was very personable, friendly, and kept us apprised at each step. He knew the loading crew and they all got along very well. Mike did our virtual estimate by video/cell phone and seemed quite knowledgeable about how to select and price each item. He frequently checked up on us to update our packing needs and estimate, and made sure we had access to special boxes and tips in packing. Michelle as concierge and Ruth as coordinator checked in on us frequently as well to make sure our questions were answered and to update us on the progress. The guys loading in Phoenix and the guys unloading in Richmond, MO were all very friendly and polite and went out of their way to move special items for us.

Our move did not go according to plan, but the Mayflower team was great at accommodating our fluid situation. The house we were moving into needed repairs and we did not find out until our house packing had already begun. We had to quickly change plans and store our goods. Marcy has done an excellent job dealing with our situation and keeping us informed.

Communication overall was on-time and consistent across all team members. The driver Cristian was very professional and on-time with his pick up and delivery of my goods to my final destination.

We have moved 20 times with various moving companies. This was the best. Starting with the initial estimate where David even gave us suggestions on packing, the crating and packing groups who were fast and efficient and the mover crews on each end did a very nice job. We also needed some used boxes which we were able to obtain. Loading on time and delivery on schedule. The office personnel were available and answered our questions and directed people to us. David helped us with a few changes in scheduling we had to make based on the sale of our home. Also some consideration for adds and subtracts to the list.

The packers were quick and efficient. The movers worked quickly and thoroughly. When unpacking the movers were very helpful and placed where it needed to be.

Our moving guy was fantastic. Super friendly and helpful throughout the day. Made sure we were satisfied and answered questions we had. When we met him at the destination, he was on time again and friendly. We were putting our stuff in storage and he was able to get it into a smaller unit saving us money. Loved working with him and then Ruth checking in along the way. Rod our driver and his son and his crew in both places were amazing. Rod had a great attitude and never heard him complain about anything. Ruth kept in touch with us and answered questions we had along the way. She was straightforward with responses which I appreciated.

I built a relationship established several years ago with Metcalf in Minnesota. Everyone in that office in Maplewood has been pleasant to work with through multiple moves. As soon as I was directed to Dircks in Phoenix, I was able to get prompt responses even in these unusual times. The driver, Tony, was outstanding. He had the experience, personality, and expertise – and attracted a similarly high-caliber crew – to ensure that our possessions were taken care of and we were well cared for. Tony worked efficiently and carefully on our behalf – caring for our belongings and also taking care of us. He set an excellent tone with each crew member, maintained a sense of humor, and related very well to a variety of people. He did exactly what he said he would do, such as getting in touch with us. He even arrived early to our new home. He was a pleasure to work with on all counts. Justin, part of the loading crew, was polite, friendly, and eager to please and worked energetically. Howie, part of the loading crew, put his expertise to work so that our belongings traveled safely. Dan, part of the delivery crew, was polite, listened well, and worked enthusiastically and energetically. Charles, part of the delivery crew, was warm and friendly, brought a fresh perspective to arranging furniture, and worked energetically. Each of these men deserves a special recognition because such a work ethic is not to be taken for granted! I had the impression that Tony attracts and supports excellent workers and all five take pride in their work. Angie was also attentive and available throughout the process. We were grateful for all who helped to make this “upheaval” go smoothly.

Our whole move from upstate NY to outside Austin, Texas was uneventful and that is a good thing. We had zero to worry about being in the hands of Mayflower and their professional team. The only thing we had to worry about was when our home was going to close. Michelle from Dircks was awesome. She kept us up to date on communication and was always prompt with a response.

The driver George was extremely helpful. He kept everything in order. He was on-time, our belongings were packed securely, he called me to make sure I was available for the delivery, and his personality was marvelous. Everything was done with the best of care. I would recommend you guys to anyone.

James communicated with me as needed to coordinate and finalize the delivery date and location, making sure I knew what to expect. From start to finish, communication was excellent, the driver Clarence was right on time on both ends, and our move coordinator Marcy was always in touch and kept us informed of dates and times for pickup and delivery! Very pleased! Clarence was on time and handled our items with care and no damage. He put all furniture back together and arrived when promised. Marcy set the move dates with the dates we needed and kept in touch regarding when to expect our delivery.

Our moving company was Dircks in AZ – they provided 5-star service throughout and the tie in with Mayflower went seamlessly for us. Moving is often stressful – the entire experience with Dircks and Mayflower was without stress.

Steve responded promptly and professionally to all my questions and concerns. Angie, coordinator to Steve, was kind, responsive and accommodating to my questions. The driver, Easy, and his assistant Sigi were prompt, courteous, friendly and accommodating. They were extremely helpful and timely in doing their job. They were great workers who made our move a pleasure and positive experience.

From Mike to Jeff the whole moving process was unbelievably smooth. I had a move in the past and it was horrendous. Also, all of the ladies that followed up to see how things were going was a relief that this company actually does care! I am going to use them for another upcoming move! Thanks all involved in my move for your excellent work! Jeff and his crew were so friendly and careful with all of my things, all along reassuring me that if I needed a box or tape, they would take care of anything! Jeff also delivered my things to Windsor, after finding out he would not be able to bring his truck to the storage unit. I did not know this, but he reassured me not to worry he would get a U-Haul and unload the next day. Mike provided a careful estimate of my move and kept me updated through emails and phone calls. Ruth followed up quite a few times, making me feel appreciated as a customer.

Moving is stressful to say the least, but I always felt like my family was being taking care of throughout the entire process. I was checked in on by several different departments throughout the day and weeks prior. The driver Ed was amazing and kept true to his word on the arrival date, and the entire move he was great to work with. All the members of loading and unloading worked their butts off!!

We needed to move selected items (mostly artwork and a very heavy coffee table) from New York to Oregon. We had used Dircks in Arizona for a household move ten years earlier and had been very pleased. We called them for advice. They suggested some potentially cheaper options than Mayflower, but because of our confidence in the quality of their work, we decided to have them arrange our move. We are glad we did.
