Sina McMahan Honored with 2017 Mayflower Heart of Quality Award
The Mayflower Heart of Quality Award recognizes outstanding move coordinators based on customer survey scores. Move coordinators are the crucial link to maintaining a positive relationship with the customer by helping them through a stressful time. Successful move coordinators think of themselves as customer advocates. They work diligently to keep the customer informed and respond to any and all concerns. These individuals embrace the concept of being the one point of contact for their customers, work for “customers for life” and are willing to go the extra mile.
